using subdomains as account keys

Now I have an "account" variable in all my controllers, and was thinking about what implications I''m going to have on security, because the accounts table contains all account crypted passwords (of course). ...se more than one samba machine as gateway to our main file server.I'd like to know if this is even possible. By the way were using samba 2.0.9, and will eventualy upgrade to 2.2.0.
