New iPhone App - Nutrition Facts for Wine!
Ran across a new iPhone app on the the App Store today. It is called DrinkFit and gives you nutritional facts for Beers, Wine Coolers, Cocktails, Liquor, Wine and Mixers. It's pretty cool, gives you calories, carbs etc... for all your favorite drinks so if you are at a bar and want to make a smarter choice, it's a pretty good reference.
Check it out on iTunes and www.drinkfitapp.com

For those who are like me---and can't always find their favorite wines or like wines from other states...Elephantwin...

I normally would charge a modest fee of a good bottle of liquor or a
six-pack of craft beer for the following lesson, but in the spirit of
easing your suffering, I shall do it once more at no charge. ;)
Let's look at what didn't work.

Samba 2.2.5-10, W2K PDC and Winbind - Authentication issues
...TE: If I add entries into the smbpasswd in the format of domain+user and
set the password then all works as expected, save of course the fact I have
to manually add the users which basically defeats the purpose of setting up
winbind?
Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions, or glasses filled with hard liquor are
welcome. I see the following quite frequently in the logs on Samba, but
nothing on the audit logs of the PDC. "connect_to_domain_password_server:
machine SERVER rejected the tconX on the IPC$ share. Error was :
NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED."
PDC is a W2K SP2 Advanced Server.

Accurate Billing

hi everyone,

I know this issue has been raised many times before, i think still the problem remains. When a call is made through a Zap channel, whether it is actually made or not (irrespective of whether, engaged, busy, or actually answered), asterisk logs it in CDRs as a call made. This makes it impossible to do an accurate billing. Has anybody found a way to overcome

Rather than give you a lengthy discussion of how RPM building works and
hacking the R spec, let's focus on this question instead (I'm still
willing to show you RPM building if you'd like, because if
