Join samba to W2K server
Dear All,
I ran Windows 2000 AS SP4 as PDC,and I also running samba (samba-3.0.21b-2)
on FC5, how to join samba with W2K server? .. I ran below command but error
returned..
could any body please help..

Unable to add computer to domain
Dear Expert,
Pls help, I am in the progress implementing Samba as LDAP as PDC on FC5, I
followed the instruction of "samba3-ldap-howto", now I am unable to add
computer to domain..
Tried to check /var/log/samba and found the following:
[2006/07/18 14:55:44, 0] rpc_server/srv_samr_nt.c:_samr_create_user(2404)
_samr_create_user: Running the command `/usr/sbin/smbldap-useradd -w

how to upgrade to Samba-3.0.21c
Dear All,
I am running samba-3.0.10-1.fc2 on my FC2, now I want to upgrade it to
Samba 3.0.21c . any body please inform me how to safely upgrade? ..

unable to smbpasswd -a
Dear Expert,
I am very new with this, I was unable to smbpasswd -a .. could any body
please help .. what have I missed?

user audit log
Dear Expert,
I need to log user's activities (ie. Create, Delete, remove .. etc) .. I
have already configured /etc/samba/smb.conf to:
syslog = 10
log file = /var/log/samba/%U.%m.log
then
I try to login as user and remove something there .. but my samba does not
log the activities ..
please help..
