X11 forwarding issues with Linux
...compiling --with-ipv4-default on both the client and the server and got the same thing. Which seems even wierder.
Anyone know what is going wrong or have some suggestions for debugging?
I only compiled IPv6 into the server kernel. Does the client need it as well?

SSH v2 known-hosts problem.
When I connect from machine A to machine B, using ssh protocol 2, both
running openssh2.1.0, there is a problem with comparing server DSA
public keys to ~/.ssh/known_hosts2.
The first time, it says
The authenticity of host 'B' can't be established.
DSA key fingerprint is blah-blah-blah
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)?
If I type 'yes', it gets added to

port forwarding
...39;t wanna this, because
we have here very strict shell policy, and we don't wanna leave accounts
with shell access enabled.
How can i obtain a true pop-over-ssh connection without using shell access
on the server?

release of portable OpenSSH to incorporate support for the SSH2
protocol.
