Samba 4 fileserver perfomance

I'm using 1Gbit here at home.
With a 100Mbit connection it wouldn't be possible to reach transfer
rates of 110MB/Sec. A realistic good transfer rate for a 100Mbit
connection is just around 11 MB/Sec.

NAT via /etc/sysconfig/iptables
Hello listmates,
It's been a few years since I've set up a router... and for some
reason I seem to be getting hung up on this one.
Does anybody have a sample iptables config file that would incorporate
NAT and forwarding for a simple router?
Thanks.
Boris.

Pointer to simple mail server setup?
Hello.
I need to set up a mail server for a small (~5 people) organization on
CentOS 5.1.
While I am very familiar with CentOS and Linux in general, I have zero
experience in setting up a POP3(s)/SMTP mail server. I suppose
eventually I'd like to do spam/virus filtering, but initially the simple
sending/receiving of mail will be adequate.
Can someone point me to a tutorial on setting

Directory listing delay with WinXP and IPtables
Sorry if this has been covered before.
I setup a new Samba server using RedHat EL 3, and samba 3.0.2-6.3E (the
version that comes with Redhat).
We were seeing an intermittant 20 seconcd delay when grabbing a
directory listing, but only from XP, win 2k was fine.
I couldn't completely nail down when the delay occured but it seemed to
be when the directory or share hadn't been accessed
