[LLVMdev] __eh_frame info changes in Clang?
Nick, Do you happen to know why the version reported in 'dwarfdump --eh-frame' for object files now differs when compiled with and without -g? The test used in FSF gcc's configure produces a diff of.. % diff -u conftest.o.g.stripped.dwarfdump conftest.o.g0.stripped.dwarfdump --- conftest.o.g.stripped.dwarfdump 2015-04-10 21:43:15.000000000 -0400 +++

init script status checks and puppet
I''ve been experiencing some odd behavior with puppet and checking the status of running processes. Let me see if I can explain it: I have a very simple node.js socket server I''m attempting to puppetize. It is managed through an init.d script with start, stop, status, and restart. The init.d script runs perfectly fine as any other user in the system. However, when puppet

LSB Certification
Hey All, Could someone provide a URL to a page that states what LSB level RHEL/CentOS 6.4 is certified to. I'm looking to download a driver: http://www.openprinting.org/printer/Epson/Epson-WorkForce_1100 They offer a driver for LSB 3.1 or LSB 3.2. I'm hoping that one of those applies to CentOS 6.4. -- _ ?v? /(_)\ ^ ^ Mark LaPierre Registered Linux user No #267004

rsync-2.4.7 NEWS file
I've gone through the CVS commit log and tried to get every user-visible change since 2.4.6, so that we can make a proper announcement for 2.4.7. Please let me know if anything is missing/inaccurate. At this stage I'm planning to release two 2.4.7pre tarballs, one with the "large nohang patch" and one without. Some people inside VA will be stress-testing both, and so we can

[PATCH 0 of 1 v2] tools: honour --libdir when it is passed to ./configure
I''ve removed all the LIBLEAF bits in this version, but kept passing the libfsimage plugin location via compiler command line. If there''s a better way to do this, I''m certainly open to it. But looking at it further today I think this isn''t too horrible. Matt
