It is reasonably easy to get around the problem on Cygwin, and the windows version with putty doesn't appear to be a problem...but how is one supposed to deal with it in the linux. Perhaps a need to alter the sanity checks for the scp inpur args?...

I have a proprietary piece of software written for a windows machine. When I run the ODBC interface so that I can set a DSN the connection works. However, when I run the program it cannot find the files and gives me an error stating that. Does anyone have experience with Pervasive DB's?
