Voicemail 2
Hi list,
I'm trying, as usual, to set up voicemail.
It works, but signaling to phones, doesn't.
Into XLite logs, I have:
--
Messages-Waiting: yes
Message-Account: sip:voicemail@mydomain.com
Voice-Message: 1/0 (0/0)
--
but nothing appear on the XLite screen.
So, I understand that I'm able to send the right signal, but something
is still wrong.
Ideas?
Thanks in advance

There are some svn or cvs system for the shorewall-dev community?. If
Tom want to leave the project for a while, maybe it will be necesary
some cooperation system.

The below code doesn't seem to work. If I use only the object

text) or if I use only "Lin's Concordance Coefficient = " on the text
command it works (but doesn't place on the plot the value for the object
'lincc'). Similarly, I have tried using:

Message File to serial console
Hello,
I am using syslinux to boot a Soekris net4801 into LRP/Lince 1.2 linux. Net4801 has
no video card - it has only a serial port. During bootstrap syslinux writes the text file
syslinux.dpy to the serial port but it breaks the line every 15th character. I tried
syslinux versions 1.66 and 2.11 with same results.

Rats... found some hardware monitoring from the vendor and it's broken,
or I'm missing some pieces. No mention of CentOS specifically, but RH
is supported, so figured it *ought* to work. I'm apparently missing a
library -- liblinc.so.1, and a net search reveals several sources, both
for x86 and 64-bit. Tried them both, after the x86 did not work, and
the 64-bit I thought was going to work, but it crashes the application
under gnome, and under text. Yes, I did the bad thing (tm) and
installed an rpm not from yum, and no...

Strange problem, please help
...here that might know what the hell i going on.
We have also posted this on the linux bridge list (we needed acceptance first)
and leaf list. Very thankful for your understanding.
We are experiencing a very strange problem and would need some help.
We have a Leaf / Shorewall based box (actually a Lince box kernel 2.4.26)
running as a bridge with 8 gigabit ethernets, PIV 3Ghz, 2GB RAM. 4 of them
share the same PCI Express bus and the other 4 a different PCI bus. We have
NAPI enabled on all ethernets and IRQ moderation enabled (dynamic). The
firewall was not activated at this point.

On CentOS 6.4 I don't use ldap, but only nis and the latter works without

autofs+nis are simple and work great, I can 'su' home users on nfs without

Problems with Routing and Masquerading
Hi,
I have a linux box which balances load between two interfaces ( say WAN1
and WAN2). I have masquerading on for any request coming from LAN to the
outside world.
The setup is in such a way that WAN1 drops packets with source ip
belonging to WAN2''s network and viceversa.
For some strange reason, I find that packet coming out from the WAN
interface has source address of WAN2 and

Frequent Gnome Terminal crashes in CentOS 5.1
Ever since I upgraded all my systems to CentOS 5.1 I have been
getting reports from users about "all their windows disappearing". A
little digging revealed that they meant all gnome-terminal windows.
Since there is only one gnome-terminal process by default for all
your open terminal windows and tabs, a crash of that process means
losing all your terminal windows. These

Unusual System State
I have seen *some* similar activity in different machines through the years and it *always* turns out to be a hardware issue. If this machine is particularly old, I would be suspicious of that.

Routing NDAS ?
Hi,
I believe ndas devices (http://www.ximeta.com/web/technology/) use raw
Ethernet frames, as they require no tcp/ip configuration, the client
finds and authenticates with a code that is different for each device
sold, like a network mac address.
My pc is on a different segment to the ndas devices that we have, the
two segments are linked by a linux box that is doing routing and proxy
arp, can

Unequal Multipath Routing?
Hi,
I am currently using a 2.4 kernel with multipath routing patch v5 to send
outgoing packets in a 1:1 ratio over two lines, however the lines do not
actually have equal upstream bandwidth, one has 800kbit and the other
600kbit, so ideally I would like to send packets in a 4:3 ratio, is there
anything in 2.6 or a patch for 2.4 that could be used to do that?
I tried this ugly hack but it
