Hello there,
Can someone please explain why do one neeed IMQ ?
I can already shape incoming traffic on my nat router by creating
qdiscs on LAN-side interface. I have done some tests, whith simple
bandwidth limmiting, and it works.
I''ve read just about all the stuff on www.linuximq.net ... but
couldn''t make myself an ideea on why would someone need IMQ for
ingress policing ...

quota-status not working in distributed environment
Hello List
Quick overview of our set-up:
Postfix / Dovecot (2.2.2.1) / MySQL Cluster on (at the moment) three Servers
to create a HA environment where you could easily add additional servers as
the demand or load grows.
Circular dovecot replication is used so each server uses another one as
replication partner and allowing one server to fail.
Dovecot Proxy Feature being used, so we can use

[PATCH RFC] virtio-pci: support config layout in BAR1
Some setups don't support enabling BAR0 (IO BAR). Reasons range from CPU
limitations (e.g. on some powerpc setups) to architecture limmitations
(e.g. a setup with >15 PCI bridges, with one virtio device behind each,
on x86).
PCI Express spec made IO optional, so future guests will disable IO for
a device in more and more configurations.
This patch makes it possible for host to mirror the config in BAR1, such
that these setups can work...

digits argument for print method for dataframe
I have two questions:
First, how does the digits argument to the print method for dataframes work? I
wandered around through print.data.frame and format.data.frame without fully
understanding what is going on.
Here is a simple example:

Duplexing
The recent thread titled:
working ftp shaping, i think
provided a script example where 100Mbps was specified as the rate for a
typical NIC.
If that NIC is connected to a switch, chances are that it runs at
100Mbps in each direction concurrently - duplexed Writing a rule that
specifies a 100Mbps rate and thereby a 100Mbps ceil, limits the
connection to half the available bandwidth.

Asterisk Jobs
I'm curious why the number of jobs out there requiring Asterisk seems to be pretty low. After looking around dice, monster, careerbuilder etc, I was surprised to find no more than 3-4 employment opportunities with Asterisk throughout the US.
Is it really that low? There seems to be a job of opportunities for Cisco and other vendors solutions (duh... GUI's are good... duh). I wonder if
