I'd like to use speex with ffmpeg but when I run ffmpegs configure with:
--enable-libspeex
I get: ERROR: libspeex not found

I installed libogg in /usr/local
wget http://downloads.xiph.org/releases/ogg/libogg-1.1.3.tar.gz
tar xzf liibogg-1.1.3.tar.gz
tar xzf libogg-1.1.3.tar.gz
cd libogg-1.1.3
mate .
./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr/local
./configure --prefix=/usr/local
make
sudo make install
Cloned speex:
git clone git://git.xiph.org/speex.git
