.dll and resolution error when run C&C Generals
Hello. I am using Ubuntu Hoary with wine. I got the loki installer (
http://www.liflg.org) for Command and Conquer Generals. I ran it and it
installed fine but when I try to run the game it says this:

to set the screen resolution and remove the "Resolution" entry in the config

How to setup a joystick in Wine
I spent hours the other night trying to re-map my Logitech USB
wireless gamepad for playing games in Wine. I added registry keys all
over the place with the cryptic X,Y,Z,Rx nonsense but nothing would
seem to work. Does anyone know how to do this properly, or is it
broken? I'm trying to map the right thumbstick for looking around and
left stick for moving in Rune.

iKernel.exe error
I try to install Heavy Metal FAKK 2 game software, but the installer exit with
the following error message: "The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could
not be launched. (0x80040155)."
I've read the wine faq and find some answer there: kill all running wine
component. I've killed all wine components, but it doesn't help.
I use wine 2005.03.10 on Debian 3.1 system.
