search for: libsamplerate

hi,friends I have downloaded the oggdropXPdV1.8.9-1.2.0 ,and opened the oggdropXPd.dsw in vc6.0. It prompt that some projects can't be found. One of them is static_libsamplerate.dsp which default path is .\libsamplerate-0.1.2\Win32\static_libsamplerate\static_libsamplerate.dsp. then I download the libsamplerate-0.1.2.tar.gz,and uncompressed ,there really have a win32 folder, but there is neither static_libsamplerate subfolder nor static_libsamplerate.dsp file in it . how...

What is there available for Centos? Now that Audacity is no longer available to us... I do have Audacity on an XP system, so I do have the option to shuffle files between systems....

Should I try to use something like libsamplerate and get the samplerate down to 8000? 2. Is there a way to tell the denoiser to be a little less aggressive? Other tuning hints in the code? hi. i am currently adding celt support to netjack. very nice to see a free low-latency codec :) i currently dont require robustness against packet loss, because the sync code of netjack does not handle packet loss very gracefully. how much bandwidth is wasted for this feature ? is it sensible, to have the data downsampled berfore encoding , in order to reduce bandwidth ? i suspect that just
