Rserve needs (but cannot find) libR.a (or maybe it's .so)
...N -O -I/usr/local/lib/R/include -Iinclude -I. -lR -L/usr/local/lib/R/bin -ldl -lcrypt
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lR
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [Rserve] Error 1
ERROR: compilation failed for package 'Rserve'
Sure enough, when I look, I cannot find either libR.a or librR.so on either
linus system.
On the Mac, I -do- find libR.dylib.
Can anyone help with this?
