Hello, in order to get ready for the upcoming LLVM 3.1 release, I checked out the 3.1 Release branch. However, unlike with LLVM 3.0, `llvm-config --libfiles` now also reports files that belong to targets that I did not build (and that are thus not available). Is this expected? I've run into a problem with the ocaml bindings and the jit. I am unable to install R on an up to date (i.e. apt upgraded) Ubuntu 14.04 system. According to https://cran.r-project.org/bin/linux/ubuntu/README (and many other sources), R is available for this version of Ubuntu (which is a stable version).
