Classifly problems
...redict.lda(model,data): wrong number of
variables, even if I know that I used the same number of variables for
the model generation (6) and for the additional data generation (6
also). I paste the code I am using:
library(MASS)
Tumor <- c(rep("MM",20),rep("GBM",18),rep("LGG",17))
data.lda <- lda(data,Tumor)
data.ld <- predict(data.lda)
data.ldd <- data.frame(data.ld$x,data.ld$class)
library(rggobi)
data.g <- ggobi(data.ldd)
library(classifly)
generate_classification_data(data.lda,data,method="grid",n=100000)
Could you help me?
Best regard...

LDA decission boundaries
...ggobi. I
have GGobi already installed on my computer. I have three classes, so
the plot would be LD1xLD2 plus the decission boundaries. Here there is
the code I use make the plot:
library(MASS)
data <- zgcppr273K.pca$x[,1:7]
Tumor <- c(rep("MM",23),rep("GBM",25),rep("LGG",17))
data.lda <- lda(data,Tumor)
data.ld <- predict(data.lda)
data.ldd <- data.frame(data.ld$x,data.ld$class)
library(rggobi)
data.g <- ggobi(data.ldd)
The problem is that I do not know how to plot the decission boundaries

[LLVMdev] RFC: Indexing of structs vs arrays in getelementpointer
Recently I posted a patch to migrate certain GEPs between basic blocks in cases where doing so would improve the ability of instcombine to merge into more complicated addressing mode (r209049 and r209065). After some build to failures it was rolled back. I now have a patch that no longer causes the regressions I was seeing, but it also no longer can optimize the case I was trying to optimize. As

Problem with dfs-share and hidden directory

The shares "agbschueler" and "agblehrer" work very fine, i.e. no problem.
But when trying to connect to "agbhome" the user is prompted for a login
and password. But with correct login/password the share wasn't connected.

[LLVMdev] [CodeGenPrepare] Sinking incoming values of a PHI Node
Hi,
I want to improve the way CGP sinks the incoming values of a PHI node
towards memory accesses. Improving it means a lot to some of our key
benchmarks, and I believe can benefit many general cases as well.
CGP's OptimizeMemoryInst function handles PHI nodes by running
AddressingModeMatcher on all incoming values to see whether they reach
consensus on the addressing mode. It does a
