...nnect the IT200 to a Zap card or similar. I also have a Linksys SPA3102 ATA and I was thinking if we could connect the IT200 to this, and get the SPA to call an extension on the Asterisk box to make a phone ring when someone presses the door bell. ssh through proxy (was: prng_cmds/init_rng() question/patch)
(Sorry for being so OT, but I'm currently experiencing this inconvenience and want to be more productive than doing a CVS update at home and getting to the office.) So, what you are suggesting is that I setup a squid proxy on a box outside the firewall on port 80 and use MindTerm to connect via that? Until this past weekend when the network was "redone", we had a proxy we could

echo residue buffer size
Hi, What is the required size of the echo residue buffer in speex_echo_cancel function? The mdf.c source would suggest that it's frame_size + 1, while preprocessor.c source claims it's frame_size. Bug? Or am I missing something? I am using 1.2beta1. Thanks, Gregg

OSSH 2.5.2p2: Why is /usr/local/ put into the include & lib p aths under Solaris?
But the main question hasn't been answered: Why is /usr/local placed before user-specified paths? Hypothetical example: You want to link against OpenSSL 0.96 for OpenSSH, but /usr/local contains 0.95, which is needed for something else. (Assume it comes binary only on Solaris for the sake of argument...) --Matt > -----Original Message----- > From: Damien Miller [mailto:djm at

multiple connection (be careful with carrier-grade NAT)
Hi, Yes I aware to the NAT possibility, But let's assume that this is the issue, there is no reason that 30 listeners >From the same country will connect and disconnect at the same time range... I'm pretty sure that its individual listener/IP. I deleted the Access log files, but in the next time that I will catch similar situation again, I will complete the investigation. Nobody from

perception of graphical data
Hello, I apologize that this is off-topic. I am seeking information on perception of graphical data, in an effort to improve the plots I produce. Would anyone point me to literature reviews in this area? (Or keywords to try on google?) Is this located somewhere near cognitive science, psychology, human factors research? For example, some specific questions I have are: I recall as a child
