Cannot compile - missing <make>
...should be my next step. It also mentions that `make` should be executed
while within the <source> directory.
I can't find `make` any where in my system. Should it have been created
by `configure` or must it be installed?

Totally newbie need to setup rsync
...ide me through
the steps of properly installing and configuring 'rsync'.
We do not have a compiler - but since I downloaded binaries,
not source code, I guess we do not need a compiler.
I can use all and any information to get me started. Your
help is truly appreciated.
