R crashes when loading rgl package before minqa package
...package qpcR, where rgl is loaded when loading
qpcR while minqa is only loaded later, when needed.
Running on Debian squeeze 64 bit.
R version: R version 2.11.1 (2010-05-31) x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
rgl version: 0.91
minqa version: 1.1.9
Rcpp version: 0.8.6 (loaded by minqa)

rgl: exporting to pdf or png does not work
Hej,
When exporting a image from rgl, the following error is encountered:
> rgl.postscript('testing.pdf', fmt="pdf")
RGL: ERROR: can't bind glx context to window
RGL: ERROR: can't bind glx context to window
Warning messages:
1: X11 protocol error: GLXBadContextState
2: X11 protocol error: GLXBadContextState
The pdf file is created and is readable, but all the labels

rgl package: color of the axes
Hej,
When plotting triangles with rgl.triangles and setting the axes afterwards
with decorate3d(aspect=TRUE), the axes get the color used for the last
triangle plotted.
Example:
rgl.triangles(c(1,2,3),c(1,2,5),c(1,3,2),col="#55FF55")
decorate3d(aspect=TRUE)
Using
decorate3d(aspect=TRUE,col="#000000")
or
decorate3d(aspect=TRUE,color="#000000")
does not help,
