* + Legacy PBX works but strange problem
Hi below are my configs: pstn(e1)--->asterisk (span1)----->legacy pbx(connected via span2)-----> legacy pbx analog extensions. my dial plan is like callers dial into asterisk(span1) , hear an IVR option and they are connected to the agents via the legacy pbx (which is in sync with asterisk on span2)....This works perfectly fine until about 200 calls or so...After that time when asterisk

Porting Pass to New PassManager
Hi all, I'm attempting to move the AddressSanitizer pass from the legacy PassManager to the new one because the new one has various benefits over legacy and wanted to clarify on something. Does creating the static RegisterPass struct register the pass with the new PassManager? It seems that RegisterPass does the same things that the INITIALIZE_PASS_* macros do but it registers the pass with

Wine and Legacy 6.0 Genealogy Program
Has anyone had any positive experience in installing the Legacy 6.0 genealogy program? The only instances I have found appear to be quite negative - to which I can attest; however, I would like to run Legacy 6.0 thru Wine in my Ubuntu OS if at all possible as opposed to using GRAMPS (a great program, but uploading a GEDCOM from Legacy 6.0 from Windoze Legacy has not been without major issues).

skb_checksum_setup() placement in pv-ops vs. legacy kernel
Ian, Jeremy, knowing pretty little about networking, it nevertheless seems to me that the different placement of skb_checksum_setup() (in the receive paths of pv-ops vs in various transmit paths in legacy) poses a compatibility problem (nothing done on either side if sending from pv-ops to legacy, and done on both ends when sending from legacy to pv-ops). Am I overlooking something here? Thanks,

Porting Pass to New PassManager
Hi Leonard, Fedor, while it's true that RegisterPass is not applicable for new-pm passes, PassRegistry.def is not the whole story. Passes in PassRegistry are available for the opt tool. The sanitizers are passes that usually get added to the pipeline by the frontend. There, you need to use PassBuilder's callbacks mechanism to hook the sanitizer into the optimizer. Assuming you're

revisit to legacy PBX and CID over PRI
My legacy PBX accepts CID number, but not name. My old PRI vendor never sent the name, so there was never an issue. I have wedged asterisk between the Legacy PBX and PSTN. PSTN - PRI - asterisk - PRI - Legacy. Any calls from asterisk (sip and iax extensions) which have callerID set, will not connect. The legacy PBX hangs up, but asterisk thinks that it is still ringing. I have added

[PATCH] chain.c32: support chainloading GRUB2 core.img
Here is a patch that makes it possible to chainload GRUB2 core.img form chain.c32. It reuses the grub= parameter (used for chainloading GRUB Legacy stage2): - both loaded at 0x8000 - start execution at offset 0x200 (0x8200 in memory) GRUB2 allows to specify another "GRUB home dir" than the standard /boot/grub GRUB2 doesn't allow to change the configfile 'grub.cfg' name

Porting Pass to New PassManager
Frontends _are_ using PassBuilder, but they need to hook into the default pipeline creation to insert the sanitizer passes. * Queues with legacy pbx extensions ?
Hello Everybody I am using Trixbox 2.4 (with TE420P & PRI lines) .. my setup is like Calls -->Asterisk-->legacy pbx--->analog extensions(agents). Whenver a call comes in , asterisk dials the ACD number of the legacy pbx which in turn decides to route to appropriate agent.. for ex : s,1,Dial(ZAP/g4/5432) [g4 is the 4th span and 5432 is the ACD number of legacy pbx under which agents
