Kerberos tickets problem
...I'm running into a little bit of issue with Kerberos
tickets. The setup is as follows
Solaris-10, Windows AD-2003/R2, native Solaris (sparc) samba, Kerberos, LDAP
(shipped with the distro) and IMU on windows. My LDAP client is working
good and validates getent passwd <user> and can run ldaplist -l passwd
<user> and ldapsearch, no issues. My ldap autnetication is set to simple,
with proxyDnuser.
On Solaris I'm very sure I setup the krb5.conf, smb.conf, pam.conf,
nsswitch.conf, ntp.conf perfectly. The nsswitch is set to use 'files ldap'
for both passwd and group and...

Samba 4.3.13 logon oddity on Solaris 10

That's more an academic question. The schema has enough room to store
information and if that's not enough one can easily extend it and
retrieve that information using ldapsearch or ldaplist...

There are various places were we used LDAP attributes in scripts to run
jobs, though not need on this box at the moment, the need may arise.

OpenSSH public key problem with Solaris 10 and LDAP users?
Hello.
I've got a problem logging in to a Sparc Solaris 10 machine with
public key authentication. I searched, and found a similar problem
report at <http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.network.openssh.devel/12694>.
For that guy, the problem had to do with LDAP.
My user accounts are also stored in LDAP, an OpenLDAP server, to be
exact. That server runs on the same machine as the machine

without. Is this other people's experience?)
samba 2.2.8
compiled with ./configure --with-ldapsam --with-acl-support
We have the samba server acting as a PDC with all user and machine
accounts in LDAP as
