For the sake of avoiding duplication of similar things (hence making code more readable), I would be happy to replace it in my code. Does anybody knows if such things already exists ? I am currently running an R program on a computer with 16 Gb memory (Windows7, 64 bit). When I look at the task manager, I see that only 4 out of the 8 CPUs are being used.
