How to write "%" before superscript?
...write atom% 15N in the ylab of a plot - "15" should be
written as superscript. How do I put "%" into the expression? It does
not work if I type "%" directly after "atom" in the expression below.
plot(1:10, ylab = expression(atom^15*N))

WINEDEBUG variable doesn't seem to work in 20050830
...and then used the "info share" command to
see what was loaded. In that way I was able to figure out what native libraries to try.
So, am I doing something wrong? It seems very straight forward in the docs.
Thanks,

Application Question
...directories of it's shared folders?
While you can use a Windows computer to do the search for you through
the find files/folders start menu option, I was wondering if anyone has any
notes
about creating search apps for Samba that can be scheduled via a crontab on
the linux machine.

Assigning Data a name from within another variable?
...real numbers. I have tried several
things, such like replacing X with labels[1], but this simply writes the
data in one long column to the first place of labels(which makes sense). How
do I extract what is in labels[1] and set it as the table name?
As always any help is greatly appreciated.

mode data=journal. Is it safe to use?
...sistent as possible. We can
not tolerate any garbage in the files after a crash or sudden power
failures. We have then decided to use ext3 with mode data=journal.
Can I rely on this?
We use kernel 2.6.5 on PowerPC 8260, and may be using newer kernels
later in the project.

Loud Ringers and paging systems...
...39;t cut
off if they answer the phone before the audio file finishes playing.
Anyone have any suggestions about a better way to handle this? Really
hoping there is an Asterisk dialplan solution as I don't want to triple my
paging hardware just to add one tiny piece of functionality.

Error Using pm.getabst()

Error in xmlRoot(absts) : no applicable method for "xmlRoot"
I receive this when using the example from help(pm.getabst).
Downloading the target XML file, parsing it with xmlTreeParse and applying xmlRoot returns no error.

How often to restart Asterisk...
...y to
avoid issues or do you just let things run until there is a problem? This
box had 119 days of up time on the Asterisk process. I have a client that
I installed an Elastix instance on and the last time I checked it, it was
up to almost 500 days of up time without an asterisk restart.
