[PATCH]: Make Xen 3.1 IDE flush on O_DIRECT with drive caching off
...iddle of the loop
without going through the logic to sync. This simple patch makes sure that you
always check (and sync) inside the write callback.
This patch applies to xen-3.1-testing.hg; I still have to test 3.2 (and the new
AIO code) to see if it is affected by this bug.

[PATCH]: Fix syscall return code when ptrace or audit is active
...r. The 32-bit kernel does not suffer from
this bug, and the pv-ops implementation in the upstream Linux kernel also does
not have this bug. The attached patch makes the tracesys path look the same as
it does in upstream Linux, and ensures that we return -ENOSYS on this path.

rjones, do you have any ideas here? I'm going to merge rwsu's patch
to remove the call to kill_subprocess(), but I thought it would be worth a
little more digging into why it was happening.
Thanks,

[PATCH] limit ACPIID to APICID reset to AMD machines
Testing by Red Hat show that changeset:0034d9389130 causes regressions
on Intel machines that don''t use APIC ID lifting but that do have a
strange ACPI to APIC numbering.
Modify the patch so that it only applies to AMD machines.

you find it helpful.

[patch 0/4] Revised softlockup watchdog improvement patches
Hi Ingo,
This series of patches implements a number of improvements to the
softlockup watchdog and its users.
They are:
1. Make the watchdog ignore stolen time
When running under a hypervisor, the kernel may lose an arbitrary amount
of time as "stolen time". This may cause the softlockup watchdog to
trigger spruiously. Xen and VMI implement sched_clock() as measuring
unstolen time,
