python-libvirt domain.destroy() doesn't appear to be working for me
I'm using the python-libvirt library and finding that I cannot get
.destroy() or .shutdown() to work.
https://github.com/simora/docker-libvirt-flask/blob/cba6041b47bdf4ccb3b9506a0379cf8c788a9a57/root/app/mqtt.py#L96
That is the line in my code. .create() works fine and using virsh in the
docker container works fine to destroy the domain as well.
This is based on ubuntu bionic in a docker container with the libvirt
socket and such made available. .create() works, listing works and virsh
works so permissions a...

parameterization of glm nested design
Dear R community,
I am new to R, a reforming SAS user :) I am running R 2.10.1 on a Windows XP machine. I would like to write linear functions of my coefficient parameter estimates from a glm, but am having a difficult time understanding the parameterization R uses. In the toy example below I am running a glm on binomial data, with clones and lines within clones as fixed effects, each with 6

You are right. Thanks!
I fixed that one as well as some other issues.
I built LLVM-8 with Debug + no-rtti. But it now has the following error:

Your code has alot of "< 0" checks. This is the C API behaviour to return -1
on error. In python we raise exceptions on error. so you try try/except to
catch them

problems with the serial port
Hello all,
I know there have been some posts on
this topic before, but I am very new to
this, so I had some trouble decifering
exactly what I have to do to get this working.
I am trying to get a program which accesses
the serial port to receive data from a 3 degree
of freedom tracking device to work under
linux. The GUI loads just fine, but then I get
an error from the program (not WINE) that

Can I update a specific package with virt-customize/virt-sysprep
I'm using an image (Fedora cloud) which apparently doesn't have iSCSI
kernel module available as-is. I therefore need to update kernel-core in
order to get it.
Is there a way I can do it via virt-sysprep / virt-customize?
I would like on the first boot already to use iSCSI (I'm using a script
there to already login to a target, etc.), so first boot (+ it'll require
an additional

Is it possible to pass extra flags to Puppet via rspec?`
Hello,
I''m writing my first puppet function rspec test and am having a problem
which I don''t see how to solve.
The function (and the test) involve access to files through the File
Server. In order for the function (and the test) to work I need to pass
"--fileserverconf=fileserver.conf" parameter to Puppet.
So far I haven''t found a way to do that.
If I

Emitting aligned nlist_64 structures for Mach-O in MC
As part of our work on LLD for Mach-O, we’ve observed that the object files produced by LLVM don’t always have aligned nlist_64 entries. For context, nlist_64 is the 64-bit symbol table entry structure for Mach-O, and the symbol table is an array of nlist_64 entries. nlist_64 has an 8 byte member, so it should be 8-byte aligned, but we’ve seen object files where the symbol table only has a 4-byte

You don't need %! here because the ‘info’ function calls
‘print_newline’ from stdlib and ‘print_newline’ calls ‘flush stdout’:
