clang interpreter failed to materialize symbols
Hi Igor, not sure if that will work, but have you tried lli
-jit-kind=orc-lazy ? The default is still MCJIT:

Re: Name resolution not working inside virt-customize
...s/blob/master/daemon/command.c#L148-L215
(eg. the "renaming ... to ..." messages should appear).
Question is why does /etc/resolv.conf not get created?
On Fedora, it is created by dhclient running from appliance/init:
https://github.com/libguestfs/libguestfs/blob/master/appliance/init#L88-L94
On Debian/Ubuntu that is supposed to run dhclient if available or
dhcpcd if not.
Run `./run virt-rescue --network --scratch' on the Ubuntu host and see if:
- either dhclient or dhcpcd exists in the appliance
- they work when you run them, or if there is an error message
- if running...

How to set `unicodePwd`? "it's not allowed to set the NT hash password directly"

Samba v2.2.12 NTLM versions?
Hi,
I am working on an old Unix system, UNIX SVR4 MP-RAS, running a Teradata database.
Due to the age of the system (notably the C compiler, which won't handle v3 source code), I have built Samba 2.2.12
I want to use this to share Unix directories out to XP clients as network drives, for read-write access, keeping the file ownership as strict unix users.
This all works fine, except for

"corrupted size vs. prev_size" when calling ExecutionSession::lookup()
Hi, I wrote a compiler that generate IR code and run it on the JIT, and
there randomly crashed due to "corrupted size vs. prev_size" depends on the
IR code generated from the source code.
Here's how I created the JIT:
llvm::InitializeNativeTarget();
llvm::InitializeNativeTargetAsmPrinter();
llvm::InitializeNativeTargetAsmParser();
// create jit
llvm::orc::ExecutionSession

I think I might've found a solution while debugging.
To understand what I'm doing wrong with `unicodePwd`, I'm trying to get
the LDAP request that LAM does, and compare it to mine.
As I temporarily switched to an...

clang interpreter failed to materialize symbols
Hello,
I am new to LLVM and what I am trying to do is to get a very simple “hello-world” C++ program to compile to LLVM IR and then to run it using lli tool.
So here is the program code (hello.cpp):
#include <iostream>
int main (int argc, char *argv[])
{
std::cout << "Hello World!\n";
return 0;
}
Below are the steps I do to achieve that goal:
1. clang++.exe

legacy database and finder_sql nightmare!
This is my first rails app with a legacy database and I''m having a
terrible time getting the models set up correctly. I have an order
table that has a primary field named order_number. I have a name table
with a primary of item_number. These two tables are liked by the
item_number and the order_number, but not as you might think. If the
order_number is 2500, then each entry in
