Discriminant Analysis - Obtaining Classification Functions

unknown sample manually and the result would predict which group the
sample most probably belongs to (like in eg. STATISTICA).
I haven't found out how to extract these functions from the lda output.
Could somebody give me some advice?

Multiple comparisons for coxph survival analysis model
...p, but
this time the 1st group is missing.
In glm the reference group is expressed as the intercept, so comparing
with it is comparing with the intercept. But there is no intercept in
coxph!
Please, is there any way how to accomplish full multiple comparisons in coxph?
Thank you in advance!

...earlier mail i forgot to mention what the error message was.
The R console tells us that: "Error in matrix(0, ncoef, ncoef) : invalid
'nrow' value (too large or NA)" before it has done any estimations.
i couldnt attach the data in the mail, so i write it manually in text.

Callback Problem: Why to use self.var= instead of @var=
Hi,
I''ve defined the following model:
class Eintrag < ActiveRecord::Base
before_validation :vali

def vali
# self.feld1.reverse!
self.feld2 = self.feld1
end
end
Now I''m wondering why I have to write
self.feld2=self.feld1
and why
@feld2=@feld1
doesn''t work.

scaffolding with namespace
Hi,
is there a way to scaffold with namespace?
I''d like to generate a Posts model with namespace admin. But using
script/generate scaffold admin/post title:string
the migration would generate a table "admin_posts".
So I did now
script/generate scaffold post title:string
moved the controller, views manually to admin/... and had to change each
link manually from (e.g.)
