Compiling samba on Solaris 8 --with-ads
Hello,
I'm trying to Compile Samba with ADS support on Solaris 8. I have installed
without any problems:
/opt/cifs/bdb -> .bdb-4.2.52
/opt/cifs/heimdal -> .heimdal-0.6.3
/opt/cifs/openldap -> .openldap-2.1.25
/opt/cifs/openssl -> .openssl-0.9.7e
/opt/cifs/samba -> .samba-3.0.9
and I'm configuring samba with:
LDFLAGS="-L/opt/cifs/openldap/lib

Compiling 3.2.4 --with-krb5=/usr/lib/krb5, not working
Hi all,
I'm currently attempting to compile Samba 3.2.4 for Solaris 10 x86. I
require krb5 support and I realised that it would not look in the
correct default location, under Solaris 10.
Example, from ./configure --help:
--with-krb5=base-dir Locate Kerberos 5 support (default=/usr)
In vanilla Solaris 10 x86, Kerberos libraries are stored in /usr/lib/

Compilation with Kerberos problem
I'm trying to compile Samba 3.0.4 with Active Directory support on
OpenBSD 3.5, using the native Kerberos libraries (which happens to be
Heimdal 0.6). Unfortunately, ./configure isn't working right. If anyone
can help me figure out what the problem is, i would appreciate it.
First a bit of info on OpenBSD's Kerberos path layout, in case it
matters:
/usr/libexec - daemons

Can't configure Samba with Kerberos support
I'm trying to compile Samba 3.0.4 with Active Directory support on
