Possible VFS KPI and KBI breakage on stable/7
There are three sets of changes that would benefit stable/7.
Namely, there are
1. Improvements for the UFS unmount or rw->ro remount, that perform
suspension during the operation.
The changes depend on the the suspension mechanism path,
that introduced the suspension owner, and added new VFS OP
into the mount method table.
This might also fix the hangs with gjournal or

KPI Games
Knowledge Probe Inc. makes some very nice math and word puzzle games. These
worked a while back in WINE but not recently. (A lot of that going around,
even now going to beta!).
I do not have their URL handy. They all fail with unregestered objects.
Problematic in the past but not fatal was their trying to check for new games
on line. I have never had such work with WINE.

XSL Content-type
Hello!
I have created XLS stylesheet that generetes .m3u list of streaming content
via my icecast2 server. That is just simple remake of status.xsl.
But I got stuck. When I request it via
http://serever/list.xsl - my winamp doesnot accept the m3u generated file.
I began to research. The main problem is "Content-type" which gives me the
icecast. It gives me text\html and I need

Changing the puppetca CA password
...et''
How would one go about changing it? I agree with puppetlabs
documentation that you should be an SSL expert to implement your own
CA. I am not. However I would like to use puppet''s CA PKI
infrastructure with ActiveMQ over TLS and it is seems logical to use
puppet''s KPI with this for mcollective and activemq.
I am sure it is possible with openssl, however, go ahead see what you
can find on change CA or certificate authority openssl.
I do not want to spends hours and hours testing any changes. I am
certain the person/people that implemented puppetca would know t...

"mount -u -o ro" problems with 7-stable
Hi,
This happened to me repeatedly (but not always), even
after updating to the latest RELENG_7 yesterday ...

Ices0 and ShoutCast (and KiSS)
I have successfully set up a system with Ices0.4 and IceCast2.20 (and
Tunez). It plays well using mpg123 or WinAmp.
But I would like to use also my KiSS DVD player for the stream, and I have
not been able to do so - It appearently needs 110% SHOUTcast
compatibility.
So I tried the IceCast2.3.1 - but it still didn't like the KiSS (or the
other way around). In stead, I have added a SHOUTcast
