Xen 4.1.4 fails to boot Linux in wheezy
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=703586 Ideas how to move this forward? Debugging techniques? I''m guessing that it''s specific to my hardware, since I''m not seeing anyone else complaining. Anyone else succeed in doing this on an EliteBook?

Nested Virtualization: XCP-1.5 on VirtualBox 4.1.16
1. I''d like to experiment with XCP by creating a nested arrangment - XCP on VirtualBox - but need to know what "version" of Linux to specify when creating the VM. 2. I''m currently using a 32-bit host. (Mageia-1 is/was only available as a 32-bit O/S when I installed it.) Does XCP require a 64-bit architecture? Eric Pretorious Truckee, CA

"Hard" hangs on several Intel(-chipset) boards
Hey! I''m deploying a vanilla Xen 4.1.2 installation at a hosting provider, and I''m experiencing hard hangs (i.e., the system is unresponsive to keystrokes, network is off, I/O to disk is stopped) on several of their available server packages, all based on Intel i7 CPUs and related chipsets. The failure does not seem related to a specific Xen-version (I''ve

XCP default partition layout?
Hi list, I''ve been playing with XCP for the first time the last couple of days. I like the ''xe'' commands. With other systems that have a complex command line tool, I often have trouble remembering all the different command names and exceptions to arguments (''koji'' is the latest that really pains me), but ''xe'' is clean and clear,

Migrate from 32-bit to 64-bit hypervisor
I''ve currently got a system with a 32-bit PAE hypervisor, dom0 and domUs I''ve now decided that I have a need for 64-bit domUs and from what I understand that this would be possible by having a 64-bit hypervisor. What I''m trying to establish is whether it''s wise to change my hypervisor to 64-bit with the existing dom0 and domUs in place?
