[LLVMdev] Concerning http://llvm.org/ProjectsWithLLVM
Not sure, but it seems the page contains a number of out-of-date entries: Pypy => pypy.org (link stale) plus: there is no llvm backend for pypy at the moment (although LLVM backends have been attempted a number of times, all seem to have failed) Unladen Swallow => not being developed since 2011 (http://qinsb.blogspot.com/2011/03/unladen-swallow-retrospective.html) TIA, Andreas The

integrate over an infinite region produces wrong results depending on scaling
...some cases). And I have looked at the Fortran code of the quadrature just to see the integration rule, and was wondering. How can I make sure that the integration routine will not produce such wrong results for such a function, and the integration will still be fast? Yours sincerely, Andre? V. Kostyrka

Unwanted behaviour of bw.nrd: sometimes, zero is returned as a valid bandwidth

It would be better than suddenly discovering NaNs or NAs without even knowing the possible cause. -- Bien cordialement, | Yours sincerely, Andre? V. Floating-point-related surprising behaviour in boot:::norm.inter
...Therefore, I believe that fuzzy comparison (with tolerance proportional to R) should replace the faulty strict-equality-based one. Then, a check can be carried out based on `if (any(!ints))` to invoke the interpolation only if the order statistics are really non-integer. Yours sincerely, Andre? V.
