...API docs are a bigger set so only clang has been posted at this free webhost). Basically the output is a bump to latest doxygen plus custom css; the wins (IMHO) are the new style doesn't waste so much vertical page space, and uses slightly smaller fonts for both diagrams and html. Here is a patch to add colour to build output (make) for LLVM sources. Feedback and ideas welcome. Unadulterated plot
To all, Apologies if this question has already been asked but I can't find anything. I can't seem to think of more specific search terms. I want to display/create a file of a pure plot with a specific height and width. I want to utilise every single pixel inside the axes. I do not want to display any margins, legends, axes, titles or spaces around the edges. Is this possible?

Another newbie question
Problem: I have a data frame with 1s and 0s denoting presence/absence of species (columns) for particular plot measurements (rows). What I want to do is make a new column whose entries for each row is a list of the column names in which a species is present (ie. for row one its entry might read: "sp1","sp2", etc.). I've tried various functions etc. but can't seem to
