getMethod(s) and var.test
...ieve the var.test() function code? I had a similar problem once
before with another function but getMethods() solved the problem then. Now I
tried several combinations for var.test() without success.

Rotating a distribution plot by 90 degrees

Fit model to data and use model for data generation
...e "density" command. Now, can I use the
resulting "density-object" model to generate a number of new values which
have the same distribution? Or do I have to use some different function?

plotting group means
...also
would like to manipulate the linetypes and colors of the lines. I've read
the documentation, but it was not clear to me, how to do this. Are there
other plotting functions in R, which can do the same?

Diffrerence in "%in%" function to boundry setting via <>
...nt or is my system just behaving irrational (that's
what I think if you look at Example2)?
I checked the behaviour under R-2.4.1 (Windows) and under 2.2.1 (Linux). The
result was the same.
