You could always run a wireshark on the line and watch the traffic directly. very high traffic without any load
Hi everyone,   I am new to using tinc and currently trying to set up a full IPv6 mesh between 4 servers of mine. Setting it up went smoothly and all of the tinc clients do connect properly. Routing through the network works fine as well. There is however a large amount of management traffic which I assume should not be the case.   Here is a quick snapshot using "tinc -n netname top"

I suspect your /64.. try giving a single address to two seperate machine so one single addresses for each. /32 . Then check your traffic. Tinc is a mesh network. If you give it millions of addresses. Then its probably checking each one. Sound like your tincs are talking to each other over and over. Can we get some info from tinc.conf and tinc host files.. need to see some ip address configs for tinc. Group averages
Hello: I hope none of you will mind helping a newbie. I'm a student research assistant working with a large data set in which observations are categorized according to two factors. I'm trying to calculate the group mean and variance of a variable (called 'hsgpa' in the example data presented below) to each observation , excluding that observation. For example, if there are

PDC: client has "profile.pds" trouble
Hello list. I just installed and configured my first Samba-3 PDC and I succeeded immediately with the "join" operation with a Win2k SP4 client. As I afterwards rebooted and tried to logon with the domain user, both root and regular user, I got an error messagge telling me that it was unable to create \\servername\root\profile.pds. In fact, my /home/profiles directory remains empty (no
