Since shapecfg is no longer part of the distro what are people using in place of cbq to limit/throttle bandwidth? I have an ftp mirror that, if left unchecked, will suck up the entire bandwidth of the CoLo site. When I use system-config-users I get an error alert that says - The user database cannot be read. This problem is most likely caused by a mismatch in /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow.
