BreastCancer Dataset for Classification in kknn
Dear All,
I'm getting a error while trying to apply the BreastCancer dataset
(package=mlbench) to kknn (package=kknn) that I don't understand as I'm new
to R.
The codes are as follow:
rm = (list = ls())
library(mlbench)
data(BreastCancer)
library(kknn)
BCancer = na.omit(BreastCancer)
d = dim(BCancer)[1]
i1 = seq(1, d, 2)
i2 = seq(2, d, 2)
t1 = BCancer[i1, ]
t2 = BCancer[i2, ]...

How to do knn regression
How can I do a simple k nearest neighbor regression in R? My training
data have 1 predictor and 1 outcome, both are numeric. I also need to
use FPE and SC to find the optimal model. I know there is knn() in
class package, but it's for knn classification. I also find a kknn
package. What function should I use?
Thanks in advance!

Instalar paquetes no disponibles para la versión actual
Buenas tardes. Tenía la versión 3.6.0 de R. Quería instalar el paquete
edarf, pero decía que no estaba disponible para esa versión. Actualicé R a
la versión 4.0.0, que creo que es la última, pero al tratar de reinstalar
forestFloor, me dice que no está disponible para la versión 4.0.0. He
abierto R 3.6.0 directamente, cliqueo install.packages("forestfloor") y
ahora me dice que no está

Gracias Marcelino. No tengo formación básica en programación y no
siempre estoy seguro de entenderos. Le di a instalarlo desde RStudio, y
salió:
ERROR: dependencies 'rgl', 'kknn' are not available for package
'forestFloor'
He instalado esos dos paquetes y ahora me sale:
