[LLVMdev] [diff] let llvm-shlib build on OpenBSD
Hi, llvmdev!
The diff attached takes the features of OpenBSD binutils into account
(which needs --whole-archive) and makes build with ENABLE_SHARED
successful.

Hi guys,
Could you please share some details on
how to get totem-xine running on CentOS?
I believe this could be interesting to a number of people
on the list, not just me.

Calling R from C++ application
...ipley
(Springer, 1996) and stumbled on a statement:
"Note that it is only possible to call S functions
from within C functions called from S..."
Is this still true for the latest version of R?
If not, is there a place where I can look at the
sample code that calls R?
Thanks,
Alexander Kirillov

[LLVMdev] Using MC Parser data
Hi, llvmdev!
I have some thoughts about using the LLVM MC Parser's data to extract
information about symbols like global data and 'functions' (labels with
code following) intermixed with preprocessor directives (for example a
C-like include file using function-like macros defined in the assembler
source code).
I'm looking at the MCContext class which is likely to own all
symbols

[LLVMdev] llvm build breakage on OpenBSD after adding system_error
Hello, llvmdev!
Subj, not all UNIX systems have that much number of errnos, so
I'm attaching the workaround that i've used to build llvm.

Thanks!

sync reads or big files problem
...s! I tried to use asynchronous=false
option, but in this case my script doesnt run at all.
Please, help me to get rid of it. Maybe the problem in my false
understanding of prototype methods or completely false understanding
of Ajax technology, because I am quite novice to it.
With regards,
Zahhar Kirillov
P.S. I use the following code:
<!-- CLIENT SIDE -->
<script>
var runs = 10; //total count of iterations
var i = 0; //current iteration counter
var totaltime = 0; //total time of all completed iterations
var starttime = 0; // time the current iteration star...

localhost/PING is CRITICAL
Hi all,
I've recently switched to the latest rt kernel
available from http://people.centos.org/hughesjr/kernel-rt
And one of the two problems I'm having with this new kernel
is that the logs have been flooded with nagios alerts
which indicate high percentage (50-60) of packet loss
when pinging localhost. The problem shows up several hours
after the system reboot.
Any ideas on what might

[LLVMdev] sprintf -> snprintf conversion
Hello, llvmdev!
I'm using LLVM on OpenBSD. This project proactively advocates usage
of 'secure' C apis, especially related to memory bounds checking.
Thus using functions like sprintf/strcpy/etc usually spits out a
linker warning in base toolchain like this one:
/home/proger/dev/llvm/Debug+Asserts/lib/libclangFrontend.a(DocumentXML.o) (.text+0xc65): In function

Quo vadis?
Hi,
In the course of my experiments with rt kernels
it so happens that the gui versions of tuna built
from upstream (RHEL, F11) SRPMs show wrong affinity settings
for IRQ threads.
Where would be a proper place to report this
and get some help on other rt-related issues?
Thanks,
Sasha

fcgi/suexec problem
I have a number of vhosts configured with SuexecUserGroup
to run the scripts with limited privileges and the dept. web-site on one
of them. The problem is the webmaster can't read online context help
which comes with the cms the site is using. Most help files (>2K) have
*.php.html extension. *.php and *.html scripts both work as I suspect
they should, but when it comes to *.php.html suexec
