...where are those updates mirrored? With RH/FC, I can hit any mirror and rsync the updates folders. I set up a samba ad dc (self compiled samba 4.5.1 on Ubuntu 16.04). If I connect to the server via \\smb.wie (its dns name) I can access netlogon and sysvol. If I connect via its IP then I can access all my shares (test as an example) - but either way I cannot connect to the other (I do see them though). Windows always tells me the login credentials would be wrong for the other one. This is my

Headless system
So I'm in a bit of a pickle ... I have a machine that needs to be repurposed from WinXP to CentOS. I downloaded the CentOS DVD and all then realized ... I don't have a keyboard/mouse for the machine. It only has USB ports on it, and I don't have a single available USB keyboard that I can plug in. Bit of a problem. Usually what I do is install via VNC anyway, but that is contingent

...I do not specify the config for ANY network interfaces. I let anaconda pull in only the config for the boot interface from PXE. I manually configure everything else.
