kern/sys_process.c rev. 1.51.2.4.2.1 (RELENG_4_7)
The fix for the signal number range checking appears to be missing
a couple of "uap->" on line 342. cvsup'd within the last hour.
Look's like its the RELENG_4_8 code applied to 4.7 which has a
different i/f - kern_ptrace() vs. ptrace().
