Update on docker Python:3 and adding R:4.x
I want to build a couple of containers by function instead of replicating
even slim images for every single package. My current base image provides
an updated debian and python3 image.

Docker build issue
...ed to delete my
container and refresh over the weekend and my R install has been throwing
fits ever since. It looks like the cran:r and docker hub sites have
changed. It looks like a file in the debian buster-cran40 repository still
has a label for debian unstable.
Looking for answers!

Update on docker Python:3 and adding R:4.x
...which has been
educational for me. If someone wants to change my starting point to
something that already has stable/latest production for debian, Python3 and
R4 and will be updated for the future I would appreciate the head start.
Thanks for the volunteer support I have received here.
