Genstat into R - Randomisation test

Does anybody have done something similar and has any idea how to make

Syntax in lmer...
...to test for the interaction of Fertilizer with
plantfamily and species. Did I do this the right way, and is the 0+
necessary?

help with randomisation test...

corelation coefficients.
You see, this is quite complicated. Does any of you have any idea how to
start? I am very very grateful for any suggestions!
