[kvm-unit-tests PATCH v3 0/4] Update patch set
- Renamed IMAGE_BASE to LD_IMAGE_BASE_OPT.
- Moved "-fcommon" to KLIBCREQFLAGS in scripts/Kbuild.klibc.
- Remove "dash" warning fixes which have been upstreamed.
