data grouping and fitting mixed model with lme function
...PlantID as random effect.
I feel my data grouping is incorrect as model fitting do not work properly.

I have recently started using R. I need to execute a FORTRAN file within R.
Does it allow to call executable (or FORTRAN code) file within R ?

...e files in pdf or wmf format but not in eps format. Is there a way to convert pdf or wmf to eps? or alternatively, how can I create an eps file in R?

Problem I am having with Samba 2.2.7a and Win2k
Hi ... I am desperate now to solve this problem ... this is my absolute last
resort attempt!
I have read of the problem on a number of posts/newsgroups/webpages - but
there a very little solutions - or causes - none of the solutions have
