Public file share Samba 4.6.5
I am trying to configure a public file share on \\fs1\vol1 From a Windows 7 command prompt, I enter: dir \\fs1\vol1 Windows says: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. Where am I going wrong? Error log says: " SPNEGO login failed: NT_STATUS_NO_SUCH_USER" - that must have something to do with this, but I thought that was the point of "map to guest = Bad User"

can I update many rows with one call to the database?
Hello, How would I go about updating 7000 or so rows of my database with unique values? (In other words, I''m not setting them all to NULL or incrementing or something... each row gets a new, special value.) But I can''t seem to get my rails app to do this in less than 7000 connections to the database! I''ve looked very hard (3 horus!), and can''t find anything

Confidence intervals for Sen slope in zyp-package
Hi, I have a question about the computation of confidence intervals in the zyp package, in particular using the functions zyp.sen and confint.zyp, or zyp.yuepilon. (1) I'm a bit confused about the confidence intervals given by zyp.sen and confint.zyp. When I request a certain confidence interval in the function, the R output seems to deliver another confidence interval, e.g. when I set

AICc
I am fitting logistic regression models, by defining my own link function, and would like to get AICc values. Using the glm command gives a value for AIC, but I haven't been able to get R to convert that to AICc. Is there a code that has already been written for this? Right now I am just putting the AIC values into an excel spreadsheet and calculating AICc, likelihood, and AIC
