Doubt regarding virtual memory mapping from hypervisor to a domain
...ory map,the virtual mapping shows that the
memory is allocated in
1:1 direct mapping of all physical memory .Can anyone elaborate
regarding this mapping ?
Now can I allocate this mapped memory reserved by Xen hypervisor to
any domain through any existing or my new hypercall?

PATCH: Hugepage support for Domains booting with 4KB pages
...hen whenever kernel requests for
hugepages it again make hypercall HYPERVISOR_memory_op to get the
preallocated hugepage and according makes the p2m mapping on both sides
(xen as well as kernel side)
The approach can be better explained using the presentation attached.

No subject
...yet. I have been able to use word
from an existing windows install and saving the files as RTF.
So my question is...
What is the difference between codeweavers and wine, or what do I need
to do in wine that will let me install and use word on a standalone
installation of wine?
Thanks,

Configure wine for multiple users
Hello,
I want to have a single wine installation for multiple users. Is this as
simple as creating a shared and group writable fake_windows directory
and linking to it in each user's .wine directory? What about the
registry? How is that shared?
