seeking a developper documentation for jbd and ext3
Hi,
I am a student in computer science and I develop a program that tries to
explain other students the mecanisms of the ext3 filesystem : we show
the content of each structure and explain what it means.
But I was unable to find a developper documentation for the jounalizing
functionality (jbd).
Could you please tell me where can I find one ? ( in english or in french )
Also a documentation for the ext3 filesystem would be great.
Thanks,

New package: hbim - Hill/Bliss Independence Model for Multicomponent Vaccines
Hi all,
I have just uploaded the hbim package. This package does calculations related to the Hill/Bliss independence model as applied to mulitcomponent vaccines. Specifically, the package caculates expected relative risk and proportion protected assuming normally distributed log10 transformed antibody dose for a several component vaccine. It uses Hill models for each component which are combined

Some journaling filesystems can be _worse_ than non-journaled. If
the recovery mechanism of the JFS is to "aggressively" go to the
journal, journal mis-reads can _toast_ a filesystem. I'll take a
