User Authentication and Username Map
Hi to all.. I've setup a Samba domain and now having a hard time setting up Unix to Windows user mapping. As an example on the server, user is 'agi', and at the workstation I want an 'Alec Joseph' as the user name. If I log on from a Linux desktop using the alias connection goes through: # sudo tail -f /usr/local/samba/var/log.smbd | grep 'Alec Joseph' Got

[LLVMdev] Fix crash in llvm_gcda_emit_arcs()
Hi Nick, Thanks for looking over my patch. I'd be happy to add the compare against cur_buffer_size. I'll try to write up such a change today and then send a new patch to the list. [LLVMdev] Fix crash in llvm_gcda_emit_arcs()
Hi Nick and Bill, Attached is a new version of the patch that checks against cur_buffer_size. This works with the cases I've been using but again I haven't run the official tests on this change. Thanks, Joseph Kain On Thu, Sep 5, 2013 at 9:46 AM, Joseph Kain <joekain at gmail.com> wrote: > Hi Nick, > > Thanks for looking over my patch. I'd be happy to add the

difference of two data frames
Hello I have 2 data frames DF1 and DF2 where DF2 is a subset of DF1: DF1= data.frame(V1=1:6, V2= letters[1:6]) DF2= data.frame(V1=1:3, V2= letters[1:3]) How do I create a new data frame of the difference between DF1 and DF2 newDF=data.frame(V1=4:6, V2= letters[4:6]) In my real data, the rows are not in order as in the example I provided. [LLVMdev] MCJit interface question
When we were using MCJIT, I could do this: // Attach the event listener Context.EE->RegisterJITEventListener( LLILCJitEventListener::createLLILCJitEventListener( new LLILCJitEventWrapper(&Context))); The event listeners listened for when an object is emitted (NotifyObjectEmitted), and that’s when we’d go through and extract debug info from the ObjectFile. Now, I imagine

Struggling with Jruby Rails + jdbc driver
hi all, I am having a hard time trying to find out what''s wrong with my setup. It used to work smoothly until I decided out of the blue to do a selfupdate and upgrade outdated on MacPort, then things started going south very quickily. Since MacPort kinda broke, I pull it all out and re-install the ports I have before, which went pretty smoothly. Then to my surprise any command I

[LLVMdev] MCJit interface question
Hi all, So I’m also working on LLILC. Specifically, I have been working on a JITEventListener to pass debug line info to the CoreCLR EE. With Joe’s change, I’ve lost the ability (or as far as I can tell) to attach an event listener. Is there a way within Orc to do the sorts of things that the JITEventListeners do in MCJIT? How would I go about adding a layer to add debugging support? Thanks,

wine cannot find L "c:/windows/system32/plugplay.exe
I'm running Wine1.2.2 on Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid). In my file manager, I can get to the /.wine/drive_c folder, so I know it exists in my file system. However, when I open the Wine Configuration window (either via apps/wine/configuration or via terminal (winecfg), on the Drives tab it shows C: ../drive_c D: /media UDISK (and a few other drives). However, the C drive

[ANNOUNCE] Prebuilt Xen PV-HVM templates.
Hi guys, I have started preparing a library of PV-HVM templates for use on Xen 4.X+ and PVOPS dom0. This was brought up late last year as something that would make Xen alot easier for beginners to try. They are also great for testing - I will be setting up some stuff to do automatic testing of distro kernel compatibility against xen-unstable. Mirror page is here:

user profil wipe in a samba 4 AD domain
I look at your article, and it did not change my view about profile. As we did not use any roaming/mandatory profile, nor we have any redirection. the only roaming we have is dedicated to few users and we use NFS as they are under linux, and way more simpler to set up. Strangely we do not have problems with those profiles. Maybe I am in a situation were : "You can't see the wood for the

[PATCH] ocfs2: unlock rw lock if inode lock failed
In ocfs2_file_aio_write, it does ocfs2_rw_lock first and then ocfs2_inode_lock. But if ocfs2_inode_lock failed, it goes to out_sems without unlocking rw lock. This will cause a bug in ocfs2_lock_res_free when testing res->l_ex_holders, which is increased in __ocfs2_cluster_lock and decreased in __ocfs2_cluster_unlock. user profil wipe in a samba 4 AD domain
OK for the local profiles. I got both of them one call joe and the other domain.joe. Saw it, no problem about that. I copied the data from local to domain one. The thing is that after few days the domain.joe was emptied. The joe did stay the same. And I do not get why the domain.joe got blanked (all data gone) Cheers for the help Meilleures salutations / Best regards, Joseph-Andr? GUARAGNA

How to compare linear models with intercept and those without intercept using minimizing adjs R^2 strategy
Dear R-list, I apologize for my many emails but I think I know how to desctribe my problem differently and more clearly. My question is how to compare linear models with intercept and those without intercept using maximizing adjusted R^2 strategy. Now I do it like the following: > library(leaps) > n=20 > x=matrix(rnorm(n*3),ncol=3) > b=c(1,2,0) > intercept=1 >
