NUT can only report what the UPS tells it. IE, if no battery/load test is runs on the UPS, it has no way to know the battery croaked . . . it just sees normal voltage, and says "100% charge" . . . .

List of connected slaves
Hi,
is there a command to get a list of connected slaves you can run on the
nutserver? I want to monitor the slaves and if their are actually
connected to server.

List of connected slaves
...on "Lists each client connected on ups, one name per
line." according to the man page and it has worked for me for a long time.

if there is no such command in NUT, then on my Debian Stretch using the lsof -p
command on the upsd proccess on my NUT server reveals TCP connections to the
clients.

Hi
debian jessie, nut 2.7.2-4
APC Smart-UPS 1500 connected through USB, running nut driver usbhid-ups
This UPS powers my switches, internet connection and my monitor server that
monitors this and my other UPSes + runs smokeping and nagios.
But recently a powerloss seemed to have shutdown my monitor PC immediately, so
it did not shut down the other servers cleanly. Power seem to be lost
