I was just wondering what your setup was to measure latency for different
encoders, i.e. lame vs. vorbis vs. celt mentioned here:

Version 1.1-alpha is out
We just released Opus 1.1-alpha, which includes more than one year of
development compared to the 1.0.x branch. There are quality
improvements, optimizations, bug fixes, as well as an experimental
speech/music detector for mode decisions.
You can read more about it in this blog post:
http://jmspeex.livejournal.com/11737.html
As usual, the code can be downloaded from:
http://opus-codec.org/downloads/
Please report any problems you have with this alpha, either on the
mailing list or by joining the #opus channel on irc.freenode.net.
Cheers,

Just a question on how things are going
Hi Jean-Marc,
I was just wondering if maybe you would consider a "blog-like" text file
in the codebase where you just jot down your thoughts about why you are
making a change, and where you think you are headed. For example, I
noticed today that you completely removed the pitch prediction code. It
would be nice to know if you did that because you're moving away from
using it as
