I'm not sure how much more work it would be. I wonder if Halil has considered this? Are we
worried that virtio data structures are going to be a burden on the 31-bit address space?

Enhanced virtualization protection technology may require the use of
bounce buffers for I/O. While support for this was built into the virtio
core, virtio-ccw wasn't changed accordingly.
