I wonder, is there anyway to remove the intercept, something similar to *"lars()"*where you can specify the option and let *"intercept=FALSE".* Or, does intercept has to be included for SCAD penalized regression? Could someone give a clue? Hi all, I have a question regarding the Rgraphviz package. Does anybody know how to add x-Axis and y-Axis with scale to the plot generated by renderGraph( ). Or, is there any althernative way to do so by using plot( ) instead ?
